If your payment card has expired or you’d like to use a new one, you can easily update your card details through Xero’s secure billing portal.
Follow these steps:
Open your latest unpaid invoice email
Find the invoice we sent you by email.
In the email, click the link that says:
“View your bill online”.
Log in to your Xero invoice page
The link will open your invoice in Xero’s secure portal.
Check that the invoice details look correct.
Go to Autopay settings
At the top right corner of the invoice page, click on:
“Manage Autopay”.
Update your card details
A window will open showing your current autopay settings.
Select “Edit” or “Update payment method”.
Enter your new card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
Save changes
Click Save or Update to confirm your new payment card.
Xero will now use this card for future autopayments.
✅ Done!
You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation.
Your next invoice payment will automatically come from your new card.
