It is possible to add a bandwidth throttle to a schedule, first click the Backup tab on the left dashboard and then click your chosen Protected Item. You should now see the option to “Configure” underneath “Restore”. Click this button.

Now click the Schedule tab. You will see all your current schedules listed. Click on the pencil button on the right.

You’ll now be shown the General settings. Navigate to the "Advanced" tab. You set the throttle by ticking the Limit Storage Vault speed box and entering a value into the box beside it. The throttle is completely dependant on the upload speed you have.

Once entered click the Save button and then click Save again.
