Allow Support To View Backup Status

To allow us to see the status of any backup's inside Loop Backup, please login to:

  1. Then click on Configuration

  2. Then Partner Access

  3. Enable the following (settings top two, and bottom two):

  4. > Access to the system (read-only)

  5. > Configure SLA and initiate backup

  6. > View audit

  7. > Manage apps
